The Huayna Picchu mountain is located northeast of the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. To get there you must first enter Machu Picchu. After a walk through its main buildings you arrive at the entrance gate (in the area of the Sacred Rock). There begins the walk by stone steps to reach the top of Huayna Picchu. The return route is the same way, but downhill.
