What are ARCO Rights?

- R – Rectification: You can request the update or correction of your data if it is inaccurate, erroneous, or outdated.
- C – Cancellation: You have the right to request the deletion of your data from our databases when you believe they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
- O – Opposition: You can object to the use of your data for specific purposes, such as sending advertisements or promotions.

Response Deadlines
- You will receive a response to your request within a maximum of 10 business days.
- In complex cases, we may extend the deadline by an additional 5 business days, notifying you of the reason.
- If your request is approved, we will execute it within a maximum of 5 additional business days.
